Tai Chi is based on the philosophy of Yin and Yang and is the balancing of energies. Tai Chi conditions and relaxes the muscles relieving tension. Practicing the form calms the mind and improves co-ordination and balance. The objective is to build mental and physical wellbeing by encouraging the circulation of chi (energy).
