We hope you are enjoying your summer holidays so far! I would just like to do a little bullet point, end of year round up, so here goes...
- We have had a really exciting year with 100% success in our ballet, modern and tap exams - congratulations to the many students who have taken exams this year. - We have also had students who have been accepted to take regular classes with the Cecchetti Ballet Associates at the Rambert school of dance as well as one of our very special students regaining a place as a Cecchetti scholar for another year - so proud of you all! - Another student has made her professional debut in the production of Gypsy at The Mill in Sonning, such an incredible achievement and experience. - We have welcomed the lovely Ms Gardner back to teach our Wednesday classes and have loved having her back! - Lots of new families have joined our already lovely community and we keep welcoming new faces as we move into the new term! - Our seniors have embarked on their pointe shoe journey and are progressing really well (and enjoying it too!) - I also had a personal achievement in gaining further teaching qualifications in gaining my Licentiate qualification. -We watched our lovely Mia perform at the Royal Ballet School as part of the Cecchetti "from studio to stage" performance. - Our Melody Bear and Little Bear Feet students have received medals for collecting lots of stickers on their charts and some are moving up as they start school! - But most excitingly we have made huge progress and strides to ensure our production of Beauty and the Beast is as amazing as possible next term! Thank you all so much for a wonderful year and we are so looking forward to seeing you next term!
