We are so pleased to announced that our classes are now able to reopen on a reduced timetable.
Miss Lucie and Miss Phoebe and so proud of all of the students who took part in our term of online ballet lessons and we can't wait to see the progress and practice you have put in when you return to your classes!
To find out when you or your child's class is please check out our new timetable in the timetables and term dates tab. If you are unsure what class your child is in, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Coronavirus: All classes are closed until further notice.
Current students and parents: We are working on building up online resources that will be helpful to you all to keep dancing, and hope to deliver online classes too. These will be posted onto a password protected area of the site, with a page for each class. You will be emailed with more details about this when they are ready.
Future students: if you have any questions or would like to register for a free taster session when classes resume, do please use the contact form and we will keep you posted.
Thank you all for participating in our cake bake at the end of last term! Whether you baked or brought, we are extremely grateful!
am pleased to announce that we raised a HUGE:
The charity supports families who have lost children, teenagers and young adults to cardiac arrest through undetected heart defect. They also raise money to pay for heart screenings in local communities.
We also received this email from C-R-Y:
Thank you for sending in your event write up and photos from your Cake Bake. We have added them to the website here: https://www.c-r-y.org.uk/ascot-academy-of-dance-cry-cake-bake/ .
Thank you to everybody who came to celebrate an amazing 37 years of teaching Mrs Gardner has given so many pupils. We had a wonderful evening with lots of reminiscing, cards, presents, cake and bubbles! Thank you also to those of you who donated towards the bangle, flowers and scrap book for Mrs Gardner. She did really love it all. Here are a few images from the evening for you to enjoy while we are on our summer holidays!
As I said at the party, this is by no means goodbye to Mrs Gardner, merely a farewell and thank you while she enjoys her travels around the world. We will see her back very soon I am sure... Watch this space!
I am looking forward to seeing you all again in September and will shortly send a calendar of events to all current students. Don’t forget that you can try a new class for adults in Ballet, Tap and Modern or Tai Chi in our first week free taster session. Our classes cater for toddlers from 18 months all the way through to adults of all ages. Examinations are optional but very popular and are available for children from age 5 up to and including vocational level.
See you soon!
Term begins: Monday 10th September!
